so far, i am ABSOLUTELY loving college. Salt Lake Community is so fun! all the people are really nice, the campus is small, quaint, and i feel really comfortable with it. im really happy with my decision. it took me a little while, had to swallow some pride, but i am really glad that i went there. my classes are all really great and the teachers are super good to. there all interesting characters but i really am enjoying going to there classes...i dont dread school like i used to! which is a good thing, because then i actually go! thats unusual for me hahah.
i've got a busy weekend ahead of me...including a brunch saturday morning for kappa, dinner with the girls friday and riding lessons.
my next horse show, the autumn classic, is next weekend. SEPTEMBER 8-11 at the south jordan equestrian park. i am getting really excited. i get to show bambi for the first time in a very long long time and i couldnt be more proud... i just know that as i enter the ring with her, im going to start crying. it's been a long time coming. she's taken alot of work and training which wasnt expected...but every tear, anger, and frustration was worth it. she is the light and joy of my life. i love her like none other, and each day my love for her just increase. i honestly dont understand how i lived without her. it continues to amaze me.
im off to bed, its late, and i have to get up early. another day of classes, riding and homework. yipee :)

Sweet! Love to hear that you're happy in college - and I can't wait to read more stories about you in the sorority! =D Wish we could go to the Autumn Classic.
