Mexico was beyond amazing!
We all arrived home safely on Christmas Eve, enjoyed Christmas day with our families and now i'm seriously missing paradise!
I can't thank the Snow's enough for letting me come along!! Just as always, it was a blast with the Snow clan, good laughs were had by all and lots of memories made. We had so many cool experiences....

our first night and by far the best restaurant we went too
Richard and I rented a vespa scooter and rode around the island...
(this was by far one of the coolest things Richard and I did together. you could ride around the whole island in under two hours) we had fun exploring and driving down dirt roads that we weren't quite sure where would take us. eventually, we would ride out as fast as we could once we started to get glares from the locals.
We went zip lining....
We went shopping...
(had lots of coke)
I harassed Richard at every photo opportunity...
Debbie, Richard and I made a trip across the island to Playa Mia and then a bus ride to Chicenitze where we got to tour the Mayan ruins!
We bought "Mexican Ponchos" aka Hoodies...
yes, that is a dagger in Richard's hand...
We took a trip 100 ft down into the ocean on a submarine. we got to see fishies and a ship wreck...
I smeared whip cream on Richard's face...
and he got revenge...
We enjoyed delicious treats....(they really were good, despite Richard's facial expression)
We went snorkeling (and scuba diving!)...
We posed for pictures...

And the best part?
I got to spend 7 days in paradise with this guy....
he informed me in Mexico that people often call him the "people's champ"

We enjoyed lots of time at the pool, reading and relaxing. The ocean in Cozumel was crazy blue and so clear, it was beyond gorgeous!
I hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas holiday, i sure did. i loved spending time with my family in Midway, opening presents at my house, and spending time with Richard's family too. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life...
As 2012 approaches, i reminisce on all the ups, the downs, and the lessons learned. i am looking forward to a new year, new journey and all the new experiences that await me.
Before i know it, another year will have flown by.
Happy New Year!
much love,
xoxo
