i hope my kids are this cute.
i just wanted to eat little Rocco man up.... I got to spend the afternoon with Mindy and her baby, Rocco! It was so fun to catch up and see them. Mindy is like my very own big sister and can't thank her enough for all the love and support she continually gives me.
I LOVE YOU!!!
in her words: everything happens for a reason....I have lived by that motto since i was 8...(also the same time she let me in on the big secret that the easter bunny wasn't real....i mean come on! i was 8 though, i guess it might have been time that i knew the cold hard truth) ha ha

on another note..
summer has been so grand. i am a happy happy soul. I am so content with life...even though I don't know where in the world I am going or what is going to happen, I haven't ever been happier. I love looking back and realizing how certain events and people have come into my life for a reason. each event and lesson has only led to another.
I realize also that with the ending of Kappa, one door closes, but another opens. I have a whole new chapter that I am starting...and as scary as it might be, I couldn't be any more excited.
Lately, I have been living with the motto...(don't mean to get churchy on ya..but...)

"DOUBT NOT FEAR NOT, cause having faith in the Lord also means having faith in his timing"
everything really does happen for a reason & it always happens at the right time, no matter how bad waiting can be...sometimes, i just hate being patient.

i have to admit, i am getting a little (just a little) excited for school to start. and for fall. sweaters, boots, and WESTMINSTER.
