.thoughts. 

i had a wonderful evening last night and can't help but blog about it. i am a happy girl and in a state of bliss. i had a lovely date, went to a concert (which was awesome) and grinned the whole night. not too mention i showed this weekend and got to spend some quality time with bambi. i don't know what more you need in a weekend? horses, friends, family, a cute boy? 

bliss.

summer has been everything i have expected it to be and more. i've let go a little (with lots of help from my friends) and let things happen. so far, it's only been good. 

 my show this weekend didn't turn out as i had hoped, but somehow, i'm just not bummed out about it, yes i was a little disappointed but got over more quickly than it usually takes me. bambi and i are always going to have our ups and downs, but i still love her. forever & always. i won't be taking her to regionals which is in two weeks, but i am grateful to have the opportunity to take Storm.

as for that concert last night? 

we went and saw Tessa Barton and a couple other bands perform at the Avalon Theatre. "walk with me" was my absolute favorite song. it was beautiful and i just have to share. 

Tessa Barton is from Holladay and went to my high school. This song is dedicated to her sister who passed away a year or so ago. it is utterly beautiful and makes my eyes swell. 

last but not least? 

first sleepover of the summer with booski tonight.
