and other happenings.

Kappa had it's May date night this past weekend....my date was out of town at his lacrosse championships but Brittany's boyfriend was nice enough to be both her date and mine! what a sweet soul he is. We all headed up the canyon, had dinner, roasted marshmallows, had sword fights, & talked around the fire. it was a fun night! i didn't stay up there long because i had been sick the whole previous week, and needed my beauty rest..but i snapped some photos from the night!
chelsea took our friend nick and sammie took our other friend Austin. Brittany took her sweet boyfriend, Adrian, and the rest of the Kappa's had dates as well (i can't remember any of there names though ha ha)

secondly, i start back at nordstroms this week for there women's sale! i will be cashiering in BP (the junior section) i only have to work this week and then begin again in july for the mens half yearly. i am excited to be back again... and excited that i finally get to work in a women's section! BP is one of my favorite places to shop as well, so that just makes it all better!

t-minus 2 weeks from today and i leave for region 8 in denver, colorado with storm!!!! i am too stoked.
he is doing so well, my lessons went great today, and he is in tip top shape!
my trainer has been doing a great job with him and my lessons just keeps getting better and better. i am so impressed with this horse and extremely grateful that he is in my life. he's my rockstar

i have a lovely date tonight which i am excited for :) ...a lacrosse game on thursday night (no, i will not be playing just cheering on #6!)
lastly, i will be enjoying my weekend, even though much of it will be spent working....
